  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  * DB2 v10 has introduced new fields (statement ID and
  information) for the deadlock and timeout events, these fields
  shall be shown in the event details panels. To find the correct
  statement the statement ID will be added to the Dynamic
  Statement cache panel in Statistics Details.
  * React correctly in case db2pm.prop is not set correctly.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  * The statement ID and information are now shown on the deadlock
  and timeout event details panels as well as in the Dynamic
  Statement Cache panel in Statistics details.
  * The PEClient start and ignore the wrong value of db2pm.prop.
