Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS Space Management feature's
  RESZ command creates an ALTER TABLESPACEPART PRIQTY SECQTY
  statement for a PARTITION BY GROWTH object.
  
  When executed the ALTER statement fails with:
   SQL ERROR DURING EXECUTE IMMEDIATE
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -665, ERROR:  THE PARTITION CLAUSE OF AN
  ALTER STATEMENT IS OMITTED OR INVALID
