• RSV-SRV-0040 is generated when running the report with prompt
  value that contains surrogate pair characters. ??The following
  things are already done. ????1. The patch
  "up_c8bisrvr_winxx_8.4.105.1236_ml.tar.gz" is applied. ??2. Edit
  i18n_res.xml located at bin64 and bin folder. Then set
  MaxUTF16BytesPerCodePoint property of the <memoryManagement>
  element to 4.??3. Re-import the physical metadata in FM and then
  re-publish the FM model to Cognos Connection.????Detail of the
