  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  ABEND0C4 in FPEUFTDS can be due to an attempt to migrate not yet
  existing QW0148_dsect during ISPF OLM session as well as because
  of incorrect IFCIDs 29, 30 long strings handling in a Batch
  Report.
  
  Excessive CPU and memory usage by SQLACTIVITY Batch Report job
  may be observed because of IFCID 16 accumulation in the internal
  structures.
