Error description

• No data are written into ATF (neither in VSAM nor in memory) for
  the single SQL query if FLUSH and TIME values are equal (for
  example TIME = 5 (minutes) and FLUSH = 300 (seconds))
  

Local fix

• Specify lower FLUSH value, for example FLUSH = 299 or less
  for TIME = 5
