Error description

• ABENDS0C4-4 S0C4-11 in KO2CDSY+D46 at PM42983 level
  
  The same segment of the memory object is being used by two
  different control structures: ALLTHOUT and NC#CCPUS.  One
  program freed the segment but continued using, and another
  program obtained the same segment.  This is the result of the
  overlay.  Storage is being freed when switching DB2s, but
  pointers are not cleared.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Areas for thread CPU statistics were freed when a user tried and
  failed to switch DB2 subsystems on the info line, particularly
  when the DB2 subsystem is quiescing.  Pointers were not cleared,
  and the areas were re-used.  Also, some storage areas were not
  freed but re-allocated for the new DB2.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Clear pointers to freed areas.  Ensure all storage is freed or
  re-used appropriately.
