Error description

• This APAR will add the following new function:
  - Add support for IMS exit DFSBSEX0
  - Add an option to reject LTERM creation
  The following issues will be addressed:
  -  Correct error when using ACF2 idle terminal signoff.
  -  Correct error when an SLU1 Console or SLUTYPEP device was
     added using the batch update utility (IZTUD1U0), the
     online transaction (IZTRAN) was receiving MSGIZT4665E.

Comments

• ETO Support has been updated to not reset the high order bit
  of register 15 unless the rest of the bits are zeros.
  This should correct the error with the ACF2 idle terminal
  timeout.
  IZTRAN was corrected to check for spaces and low-values in the
  multiple LTERM field. This corrects the error where records
  added using the batch update utility, and read using IZTRAN.
  Added the following enhancements:
  -  Support for IMS user exit DFSBSEX0
  -  Ability to reject LTERM creation
