Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of the DB2 Administration Tool for     *
  *                 z/OS who perform a RECOVER during an         *
  *                 ALTER and use online alter analysis.         *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The recovery DDL is incorrectly         *
  *                      allocated using the recover middle      *
  *                      qualifier, and the JCL that was built   *
  *                      for the recover attempts to use a       *
  *                      recovery DDL data set that uses the     *
  *                      base middle qualifier and results in    *
  *                      a JCL error.                            *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When generating an online ALTER with a RECOVER, the DDL will
  be populated to a DDL data set that uses the base middle
  qualifier and will allow the JCL to run to conclusion.
