Error description

• The Image Copy header is built incorrectly for a PSINDEX when
  calling HPIC API from DRF.

  HP Image Copy under IMS Database Recovery Facility creates the i
  image copy data set of PSINDEX database.
  When the image copy data set of PSINDEX is used for recovery
  utilities, recovery process fails with error message of
  unexpected image copy header record.
  
  Header record of image copy data set for PSINDEX should have fol
  information:
  - Partition name of PSINDEX database
  - DCB number should be be 1
  
  HP Image copy sets correct information by this APAR.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJDRQS has been modified to set the partition name and value
  of 1 as the DCB number to the image copy header record when the
  processing database is PSINDEX.
