  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1. Abend 0C4 in KO2ACAFA was caused by IFCID 58 containing zero
  data sections.
  2. Tranlation routine was not translating Object ID into a
  Pageset name.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  1. Change logic to check for zero count of data sections.
  2. Correct logic to provide correct LOCK names.
