APAR status

Error description

• LIU Integrity Checker loads DFSVC000 module multiple times when
  it runs in a HPIC or Reorg Expert job.
  If the load process is performed in multiple tasks at the same
  time or close to the same time, the following messages and
  ABENDSA06 can occur:
  
     CSV000I REQUESTED MODULE DFSVC000 IS USED RECURSIVELY
     CSV028I ABENDA06-04  JOBNAME=xxxxxxx  STEPNAME=xxxxxxxx

  When a Smart Reorg job is run with the IMS Library Integrity
  Utilities load library concatenated in the STEPLIB and DBRC=Y is
  specified, LIU Integrity Checker attempts to load the IMS module
  DFSVC000, and the load process gets ABEND-A06. The problem
  occurs whether the Integrity Checker is set up for use or not.
  

Problem conclusion

• In addition to applying this APAR for Reorg Expert, you need to
  apply APAR PM47964 for IMS Library Integrity Utilities for z/OS,
  Version 2 Release 1 (FMID=H27P210).
  After the both fixes are applied, LIU Integrity Checker does not
  load the DFSVC000 module under Smart Reorg jobs.
