Error description

• Message CQMC0007I may be incorrectly issued if a valid selection
  is not entered in the DB2 QM Subsystem ID field of the Query
  Monitor main ISPF menu (Panel ID CQM$MAIN), before a function
  is selected from the menu.
  
  This APAR adds message enhancements for improved handling of
  error conditons resulting from invalid entries on the ISPF main
  menu.
  

Local fix

• To avoid the CQMC0007I message,  enter a valid selection in the
  DB2 QM Subsystem ID field of the Query Monitor main ISPF menu
  before a function is selected from the menu.
