Error description

• CQM1055E REASON=10000000 occurs when SQL Exceptions that contain
  more than 768 objects are flagged as a storage constraint by
  Query Monitor. Since this is not an error condition, a new
  parameter is being added to give customers flexibility in
  determining how many objects are to be collected per exception
  and eliminate flagging this condition as an error.
