    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    When a user enters a value for the 'RUN SQLID' option on either
    the ADBPALT or GOC5 panels, and there are objects to be
    dropped, the SET CURRENT SQLID statement that precedes the
    DROP statements are not present. This can result in an
    unnecessary SQLCODE=-551 / SQLCODEN551 error:

    DSNT408I SQLCODE = -551,
    'auth-id DOES NOT HAVE THE PRIVILEGE TO
    PERFORM OPERATION operation ON OBJECT
    'object-name'

    because the submitter does not have the authority to make
    changes.
