Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS ALT function: changes made
  on panel ADB26CTU "ALTER Table" to the "WITH DEFAULT" field
  result in a message "No changes" on panel ADB27CA "Alter
  Tables".
  

Local fix

• Amend the default via panel ADB27C "ALTER table"'s 'D' column.

  *                      the message 'No changes' on panel       *
  *                      ADB27CA 'Alter Tables' when changes     *
  *                      are made to the 'ALLOW NULLS', and      *
  *                      'WITH DEFAULT' fields on panel          *
  *                      ADB26CTU.                               *
