Error description
A datasource can not be deleted via the admin console. The delete fails with a NoSuchElementException: Error 500 An error occurred while processing request: /ibm/console/collectionButton.do Message: java.util.NoSuchElementException java.util.NoSuchElementException at java.util.StringTokenizer.nextToken(StringTokenizer.java:183) at com.ibm.ws.console.resources.database.jdbc.DataSourceCollectionA ction.fo rmDeletedList(DataSourceCollectionAction.java:1026) at com.ibm.ws.console.core.action.GenericCollectionAction.removeDel etedItem s(GenericCollectionAction.java:388) at com.ibm.ws.console.resources.database.jdbc.DataSourceCollectionA ction.ex ecute(DataSourceCollectionAction.java:505)
Local fix
Delete the resource via wsadmin: AdminConfig.remove('(path_to_resources.xml|resources.xml#CMPConn ectorFactory_yyy)') AdminConfig.remove('(path_to_resources.xml|resources.xml#DataSou rce_zzz)') AdminConfig.save() Sync1 =AdminControl.completeObjectName('type=NodeSync, node=node,*') AdminControl.invoke(Sync1, 'sync') Where path_to_resources.xml is the path to the resources.xml file at the scope for which the datsource was defined. For example at the server level this would be: cells/cell_name/nodes/node_name/servers/server_name yyy and zzz are the identifer numbers for the specific DataSource and CMPConnectorFactory which are to be deleted.
