Error description

• A map has the -TIMEOUT 5 option on an FTP transfer.
  
  When run on Windows, the map continues to retrieve the file
  until the end of the file is reached, even if the period of
  time taken exceeds the -TIMEOUT value.
  
  When run on a LINUX 64bit box, the map aborts after 5 seconds
  (corresponding to the -TIMEOUT 5 setting)
  
  The trace contains:
  
  WSARecvDTX: Operation has timed out.
     Timeout in seconds: 0.
