PM43513: USAGE OF %DB% AND %SY% VARIABLES IN NTH VSAM NAMES NEEDS TO BE DISALLOWED IN ICAT WHEN SYSTEM VARIABLES SUPPORT IS ENABLED

Error description

• When system variables support is enabled and used by NTH %DB%
  and %SY% variables entered in KD261P7 ICAT screen cannot be
  resolved. It leads to the error messages and NTH termination as
  follows :

  Note: If you specify Y and you use %DB% and %SY% as part of your
  data
  set names to make a monitoring profile reusable for several DB2
  subsystems, then you have to replace %DB% and %SY% manually in
  the
  generated system variable deck, so in this case consider using
  option N
  here.
