Problem conclusion
Code has been modified to correct this problem. Added a new keyword NOAUTH-TARGETS(N | Y) to the IMSDBREFRESH command. Added a new parameter NOAUTH_TARGETS to the DB_COPY_OPTIONS section of GCLINI. Doc update will be provided to IBM documentation group to be posted on the Web site.
