Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' Work Statement List (WSL)
  execution fails with a message:
  ADB5146E Unexpected SQLCODE in :INSERT ADBCHK.
  ADB5185E The run is ending due to errors..
  ADBT010W - Rollback performed due to previous error.
  without any messages explaining what the unexpected SQLCODE was.
  

Local fix

• Include the ADBDIAG DD in the job and rerun.
  The ADBDIAG DD is enabled by setting the "Log DIAG" field to YES
  in panel ADB2UPA "Batch Job Utility Parameters".
