Custom utility options are echoed twice to the generated utility
job which can result in utility errors. In Change Management,
this problem can result in error

ADBC099E: WSL mismatch. The WSLs did not compare equally.

Problem conclusion

  • Problem has been resolved. You can manually remove the
redundant utility options from the RUNSTATS utility or
re-generate the job. In the case of Change Management, you can
re-analyze the change and then proceed normally.
