Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS Panel ADB2AO "Stored
  Procedure Authorizations" creates GRANT EXECUTE ON PROCEDURE
  syntax when a FUNCTION is the target of a GRANT command.
  The SQL fails with a SQLCODEN204:
