Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS's WSLVALn step issues a:
  "ADB3009E Error processing Index aaaaaaa.aaaaaaaa in CREATE
  statement: Number of index partitions does not match the number
  of table space partitions"
  when "Validate WSL" YES is specified
  or the APPLY job fails with a SQLCODEN644:
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -644, ERROR:  INVALID VALUE SPECIFIED FOR
  KEYWORD OR CLAUSE PART IN STATEMENT CREATE
  DSNT418I SQLSTATE   = 42615 SQLSTATE RETURN CODE
  as the change is implemented via:
  ALTER TABLE  DROP PRIMARY KEY
  DROP INDEX
  CREATE INDEX
  before the tablespace has been altered.
