Error description

• This Apar addresses the following issues:
  
  - Unnecessary LOGREC records may be written.
  - Invalid message CQM1055E REASON=80000000 may be
    issued after the collector is recycled.
  - Provide compatibility with IBM InfoSphere
     Guardium S-TAP for DB2 on z/OS V8.1.
  - message "Error #2032" may be issued in the web client
  - S0C4-#b abend in CQM$EXCA and CQM$CAL8
  - CQM2502E return error msg when CAE agent lacks RACF access.
  - Exception Host variable information collected is not found in
  DB2 offload tables.
