PM38563: INCORRECT GREEN COLOR ON KD2001 PANEL WHEN MONITOR OF ALL EXCEPTIONS TURNED OFF

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When users used the 'L' control to turn off some ALERT objects
  and save them into the profile(db2ssid), the object changed to
  'IDLE' status.  But, then, after logging on again, those objects
  turned back into green color again.  Checked the profile and
  found they remained in the MON=No.
