  - mismatching of ZDB2C display and PE client statistics data
  
  - Dynamic Statement Cache display not accurate in case IFCID 318
    has been turned off
  - Cache update timestamp is not shown in Dynamic Statement Cache
    display for DB2 9
  - Thresholds using the Program Name, Package Collection or
    Location qualifiers are not working correctly.

    Dynamic Statement Cache Displays are not shown as N/P
  2.Update Timestamp in DB2 9 is not shown in PE Client Dynamic
    Statement Cache displays
  3.The qualifiers Program Name, Package Collection or Location
    are not recognized correctly for thresholds.

  1.After turning off IFCID 318 collection the time values in the
    Dynamic Statement Cache Displays now show N/P.
  2.The Update Timestamp(s) in the DB2 9 Dynamic Statement Cache
    displays is now shown properly.
  3.Thresholds with the Program Name, Package Collection or
    Location can be specified and used.
