Problem conclusion
Pipe management routines updated to avoid leaking a pipe once per second when a configured piped logger repeatedly returns a (non-startup) error on Unix operating systems. This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fixpacks: - 7.0.0.19 - 8.0.0.1
