• Closed as program error.

Error description

• REORG utility unnecessarily forces BRF or RRF.
  This APAR also corrects an issue with exceptions
  using Real Time Statistics on DB2 V8.
  Real Time Statistics fields TOTALROWS, TOTALENTRIES
  and SPACE may not trigger objects correctly.
  These three fields are not being set properly and
  can also affect other values that are based on
  these fields, such as INS_UPD_DEL_PCT.
