  Repeated GLX warning messages are issued to joblog when
  executing IMS batch (ORF tool in this case) because uers may
  not allocate a PROCLIB ddname to the job.
  

Problem conclusion

• GLX code (GLXIGLX0) was modified to immediately return to IMS
  if IMS Batch is detected.
  TOSI code was also changed to fix abend0c4 in FOICREQ0 when
  command text is too long to fix FOI110I message
