Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS panel ADB21PB "Bind
  Application Plan" issues the message:
    Valid commands are: EMEM,ELIB,EPACK
  when the command EPACK is entered.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When users wants to bind a plan, panel  *
  *                      ADB21PB issues the message, "Invalid    *
  *                      cmd"/"Valid commands are EMEM, ELIB,    *
  *                      EPACK" when the EPACK command is        *
  *                      entered.                                *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  EPACK is no longer available on panels ADB21PB and ADB21PR,
  although the message indicates it is a valid command.
  

Problem conclusion

• The EPACK function is no longer needed with DB2 Administration
  Tool Version 10 in the BIND/REBIND PLAN panels.   The EXPAND
  function should be used to do the same processing. Also, code
  is changed to disallow the EMEM and ELIB commands when using DB2
  10, as the member and library fields are not shown on the panel
  for DB2 10.
