  When recovering a large number of databases using IMS Database
  Recovery Facility V3.1, an 0C4 ABEND may occur. Or the recovery
  may end with RC=63 and no message explaining the problem.
  

Problem conclusion

• When recovering a large number of databases using IMS Database
  Recovery Facility V3.1, a shortage of storage causes either an
  0C4 ABEND or the recovery ends with undocumented RC=63.
  .
  DRF has been changed to correctly detect a shortage of storage
  and has fixed the 0C4 Abend. A new message is now issued when
  there is insufficient storage.
