APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In native mode, string constants are unloaded as char data
  instead of varchar data. The problem does not concern output
  formats DSNTIAUL (this is the expected behavior) and
  DSNTIAUL STRICT.

• replace 'string_constant' by VARCHAR('string constant')
  the the SELECT statement.

  Code has been changed to correct this condition.
  

Problem conclusion

• infoutie, infutile, inztoken, inzatom, inzplib, inzplib,
  inzmain, inzctrlh and inzctrlp were changed to add the
  capability of handling string constants as varchar
  regardless of the unload format while keeping the
  capability to handle string constants as char when the
  SELECT statement involved is processed in native mode.
