Error description

• ABEND0C4 in HRFOREO1 at offset x'1E58' when dynamic ACBLIB is
  in effect.

  This APAR is correcting the following error:
  Abend 0C4 in HRFOREO1 offset 1E58
  Dynamic ACBLIB is in effect.  ORF tries to verify
  if dynamic ACBLIB is active.  The return area from the
  control region (HRFORQ09) is too small.  This causes an
  0C4 when the return buffer is at a page boundary and the
  adjacent page is not assigned.
  

Problem conclusion

• HRFORQ09 has been changed to assign the correct data
  length for the return buffer.
