Error description
In the Rational Synergy Administration Guide for UNIX (Informix) for release 7.1, p89 states that 'A database name cannot be more than 14 characters long.' On p96 it states that 'A database name must be 18 characters or fewer.' These statemtents are not only contradictory, but for Synergy 7.1 neither of these statements are accurate. The version of Informix that ships with Synergy 7.1 (IDS 11.50) has removed name length limitations (if any)
