Error description

• Users of DB2 Object Compare Tool for z/OS who compare DDL for
  Stored Procedures NSP can experience compare failure, rc16 ,
  in jobstep S01DDL when variable default minus 1 is parsed.

  Error messages appear like:
  .
  Unsuccessful parse of DDL statement. DTC function is terminated.
  Missing semi-colon after sql_variable_declaration
  Error occurred when parsing the following stmt :
  .
  CREATE PROCEDURE ...
   begin
      declare V_ID_STATUS_CANCEL decimal( 19, 0) default - 1 ;
  

Local fix

• Change the 'begin' to upper case 'BEGIN' will work-around the
  error.
