PM35299: ABEND0C4 IS IN BSY BRGN+29C6

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 0C4 may occur when trying to validate the IMS system
  information, such as the IMS proc name, IRLM proc name, etc..
  The PROC that is processing when the S0C4 occurs is IMSIRLM4 and
  is because the EXEC PGM= JCL statement does not have a step name
  specified.
