PM35072: ALLOW MULTIPLE FREQVAL PARAMETERS TO BE ENTERED ON THE RUNSTATS UTILITY PROFILE

Error description

• This APAR will allow multiple FREQVAL values (NUMCOLS and COUNT)
  to be entered from the Runstats Utility profile.
  The Runstats Utility panel currently only allows one set of
  values to be entered.
  The ability to enter multiple values currently exists for inline
  Runstats from the Reorg Utility profile.
  This APAR will extend this ability to the Runstats Utility
  profile.
