Error description

  • After PM33652 is applied for IMS V12, DFSDLBL0 load module is
changed and Advanced ACBGEN does not work correctly. When
Advanced ACBGEN runs, ABENDU1011 in FABQTASK module occurs and
MSGFABQ9912E UNABLE TO HOOK DFSDLBL0 is issued.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After PM33652 is applied for IMS V12,   *
*                      the Advanced ACBGEN does not work       *
*                      correctly. When Advenced ACBGEN runs,   *
*                      ABENDU1011 in FABQTASK module occurs    *
*                      and MSGFABQ9912E UNABLE TO HOOK         *
*                      DFSDLBL0 is issued and no ACB members   *
*                      are generated.                          *

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

Advanced ACBGEN is fixed to work correctly with IMS V12 after
APAR PM33652 is applied.
APAR PM33652 changes IMS V12 module DFSDLBL0 that Advanced
ACBGEN depends its structure to hook into and work with,
therefore Advanced ACBGEN becomes unable to hook into
appropriate processes in the changed modules.
The Advanced ACBGEN module FABQHUK2 which hooks IMS modules is
fixed to hook into the appropriate processes of the changed
DFSDLBL0 module.
