• This APAR will address the following issues:
  - ABEND0C4 HRFOHALX offset x'330'
  - ABEND0C4 DFSPR000
  - MSGHRF01115 OPEN error for DDname RECONx

  This APAR is correcting the following:
  1.Message HRF01115 OPEN error for DDname RECONx
  Description:  When RECON3 is not the spare, this message occurs.
  2.TOOLKIT ONLINE has 0C4 in DFSPR000
  Description:  The upgrade of the ORF and TOOLKIT interface
  had not been done.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following changes have been made for the above problems:
  1.Suppress the message when RECONx is the spare.
  2.The upgrade of the ORF and TOOLKIT interface
  has now been done.
  Remarks:  This PTF does not require HALDB TOOLKIT.
