PM34381: IF THE QUIESCE CANNOT BE PERFORMED HPU FOR Z/OS UNLOAD FAILS CC 8 AND INZI164E MESSAGE REGARDLESS OF VUU028/ULQSCEBH

APAR status

Error description

• A useless attempt to QUIESCE the table space to be unloaded is
  done where the following conditions are fullfilled:
  - the table space to be unload is not partitioned;
  - the QUIESCE of the table space has been requested;
  - the logical unload involves an unsupported SQL statement
    (i.e. the INZU063I message is issued);
  - the DB2 YES option is specified.
  
  If the QUIESCE cannot be performed, the unload fails with
  completion code 8 and issues the INZI164E message regardless of
  the value for VUU028/ULQSCEBH.

Local fix

• Replace the DB2 YES by DB2 FORCE.
  Beware that, by doing so, further enhancement that would
  make the SQL statement supported will not be taken into account
  since DB2 FORCE forces the statement to be processed in SQL
  mode.

  The inzctrlh module was changed so that no QUIESCE is performed
  against the table space whenever the unload is processed in SQL
  mode.
