Error description

• This APAR contains the following fixes:
  1. DB2 task count set to 1 in ABPOPTS can result in excessive
     CSA usage by the ABP started task.
  2. Utility Syntax Parser is not honoring the concatenation
     operator "||"
  3. Options parms set to a NULL string (e.g. "") are assigned
     incorrect default values
  4. Incorrect error message when SVC_NUMBER=""
  5. Long Creator.Table_Name: ABEND S0C4 occurs in module
     ABPBPRMP
  6. Message ABPB6998I truncating [delimited] CREATOR at first
     blank encountered
  7. UET incorrectly parses CHECK DATA...LOBERROR REPORT and/or
     XMLERROR REPORT into multiple utility statements
  8. UET incorrectly parses CHECK LOB TABLESPACE - multiple
     utility statements parsed as one
  9. S0C4 occurs in program ABPBPRMP at offset 1024 - LOAD
     RESUME YES for 2nd table
  10. Specifying an out-of-range SVC number in OPTIONS mbr results
      in message ABPS0016E being displayed with erroneous SVC
      number.
