PM33711: EGLRUI: combo start to flicker when reset a value

  Description of problem:
  
  When using Rich UI and Dojo Combo box. Select a different value
  in the first and the second combo box, and  then click on a RUI
  widget button('restart'). The combos start to flicker and behave
  strangely.

  Problem Description:
  When using multiple DojoComboBoxes, select one box and then
  code to set value to any of the DojoComboBox, the focus
  starts jumping through all of the DojoComboBoxes.
  

Problem conclusion

• Resolved the focus bouncing problem of DojoComboBox.
