PM32203: ALTER TABLE ADD PRIMARY KEY APPEARS IN .CHG FILE AFTER DROP/ RECREATE OF TABLE CONTAINING PRIMARY KEY

Error description

• In DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS, an extra ALTER
  TABLE ADD PRIMARY KEY appears in the .CHG file when compared
  table is dropped/recreated and CREATE TABLE DDL contains
  PRIMARY KEY keyword.

  *                      change, DB2 will issue message          *
  *                      SQLCODE = -624/SQLCODEN624,             *
  *                      SQLSTATE = 42889.                       *

  The DB2 Object Comparison Tool generates an ALTER TABLE ADD
  PRIMARY KEY statement although a CREATE TABLE statement with a
  primary key has been generated for the same table.
  

Problem conclusion

• The DB2 Object Comparison Tool has been changed to correctly
  detect unique constraints.
