  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The user fills in the fields in the     *
  *                      ADB2USR or ADB2USR9 'Specify Utility    *
  *                      Options - RUNSTATS' panels to build     *
  *                      a JOB for the RUNSTATS utility.         *
  *                      For partition numbers greater than      *
  *                      254, the user incorrectly receives      *
  *                      message:                                *

  *                      ISPP194 Enter a numeric                 *
  *                      value between 1 and 254.                *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The panel incorrectly checks for DB2 releases prior to DB2
  R810.
  

Problem conclusion

• Panels ADB2USR and ADB2USR9 are modified to remove the release
  check for the partition field.
