  routine RCTTXIDS in both common collector (KO2ACONB) paths.
  
  High CPU can be seen in KO2ACONB TCBs for mods
  KO2XRCTT KO2XRCTU KO2XRCTV KO2XRCTW KO2XRCT3
  as a result of a loop

  CPU symptoms when processing large DB2ENTRY tables.

  1.Replace inter-routine linkage to routine XDDSLKUP.
  2.Collect DB2 CICS Threads history data if CICS ID was not
  passed to the collection routine.
