PM30063: ALC WITH ADDFK CHANGE IN KEY RESULTS IN DROP / CREATE RATHER THAN SMART ALTER

Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS when changing RI key via ALC
  and ADDFK commands, the tool generates a DROP / CREATE solution,
  rather than DROP the FK relationship, perform the ALTERs, then
  re-establish the FK relationship. The DROP / CREATE scenario is
  not the preferred solution, and is inconsistent with DB2 Object
  Comparison Tool for z/OS handling, which performs smart ALTER.

  *                      case. A more efficient way is to DROP,  *
  *                      ALTER and ADD.                          *

  This fix will generate a DROP FOREIGN KEY, ALTER the two
  related tables, then another ALTER to add the foreign key
  relationship back.
