*                      after altering an index via panel       *
*                      ADB21XA 'Alter Index'.                  *

When CM Level is set to NONE on panel ADB2C5 'CM
Manage ID Table' and PROMPT is ON, the user is unable
to END or CANCEL out of panel ADB2PSTM 'Statement
