Error description

• Dump Title: OMEGAMON II FOR DB2: COMPID=5655W3700, JOB=PAJ0OMEG,
  LMOD=KO2CAPIK#L, CSECT=#UNKNOWN, OFFSET=0181DA
  ABEND0C4-10 KO2APC1K+B3A (at R510 BASE level) on a BF1FE0AC
  (ICM) instruction with R14 bad.  While gathering information
  about an IMS BATCH thread, Omegamon neglected to initialize R14
  prior to using it.  This led to the error.  Can also fail in:
       KO2APC1A+AF2 and
       KO2APC12+AF2
