AppScan Source Developer Plug-in for Eclipse fails to install
due to conflict with Rational Team Concert 2.0.0.2 plug-in

Steps to Reproduce:

- a. Install JRE 1.6.0_20 (jre-6u20-windows-i586.exe)
- b. Install Eclipse 3.5.2 (eclipse-SDK-3.5.2-win32.zip)
- c. Install RTC 2.0.0.2 Eclipse plug-in
(RTC-ExpressC-Client-p2Repository-2.0.0.2.zip)
- d. Install AppScan Source 8.0 Eclipse plug-in

- a. Install JRE 1.6.0_20 (jre-6u20-windows-i586.exe)
- b. Install Eclipse 3.5.2 (eclipse-SDK-3.5.2-win32.zip)
- c. Install AppScan Source 8.0 Eclipse plug-in
- d. Install RTC 2.0.0.2 Eclipse plug-in
(RTC-ExpressC-Client-p2Repository-2.0.0.2.zip)

Workaround:

Instead of installing the plug-in via the Eclipse Update Site,
copy all of the plug-in data from '?AppScan Source installation
directory?\Eclipse_Plug-in\update\eclipse\plugins' directory and
put it into the '?Eclipse directory?\eclipse\dropins' directory.


Restart Eclipse.exe from the command line with the -clean
argument and all of the AppScan Source Developer plug-in data
should be installed.
