PM28303: EXCESSIVELY LARGE SQL DML COUNTS IN STATISTICS LONG REPORT

Error description

• SQL DML TOTAL in the Statistics long report showed incorrect
  values like this:

  .
  The problem occurred because V5 code misinterpretted the DB2 V8
  QXST counters as FIXED31 fields.
